CECADM maintains a privileged partnership with the Ministry of National Defense and Veterans Affairs. CECADM is an active member of RIM (Network of Microfinance Institutions in Burundi)
It also has trusted relationships with local banks and financial institutions:
The CECADM initially favors military personnel, military associations, women, widowers, veterans and military retirees with limited access to traditional financial institutions.
