Agencies Department

The Agencies Directorate is under the authority of a Director of Agencies.

The AD’s mission is to support the Director General in achieving his objectives. It specifically ensures the monitoring and supervision of operations at the Agency level. As such, it will have to produce information on the evolution of the main parameters (individual and consolidated) of the agencies.

The main tasks:

Provide adequate monitoring and supervision to achieve the objectives assigned to the agencies;
Ensure compliance with physical security and cash management standards;
Support Agency staff in carrying out their daily operations;
Support Agencies in developing their annual budgets;
Support Agencies in establishing dashboards;
Receive and sign procurement requests from Agencies and assign them to the authorized Department;
Centralize the training needs of Agency staff;
Centralize and consolidate monitoring reports and statistics on activities other than credit carried out at the agency level;
Study the extension of agencies;
