The General Assembly is the supreme body of the CECADM. It is made up of all the members or their delegates, generally convened and meeting at least once a year. Its powers include ensuring the proper management of the Institution, establishing and modifying its statutes and regulations, and electing the members of the bodies to which it delegates its powers between two Assemblies.
The powers of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly are defined by the CECADM Statutes.
