Operations Department

Operations Department

The Operations Department is headed by an Operations Director.

He is responsible for four (04) technical services, namely:

  • The Credit Department;
  • The Marketing and Complaints Management Department;
  • The Collection Service;
  • The Member Orientation and Support Service.

Tasks to be performed by the job holder

  • Lead, coordinate and control the activities of its management;

  • Propose improvements to CECADM’s savings and credit policy and implement them;

  • Ensure the development of CECADM portfolios (membership, savings and credit);

  • Guarantee the quality of the credit portfolio within CECADM;

  • Ensure compliance with prudential ratios;

  • Ensure the timely production and transmission of all reports to the Director General.
